Primers are what make every later step bond. Skipping primer is the most common reason waterproofing fails at the wall-floor junction or tile adhesive lifts on green-screed substrates. Choose a primer matched to substrate porosity (porous, non-porous), then proceed within the recoat window. We stock the RLA and Gripset primer ranges in 4 L and 15 L pack sizes.

Gripset GP Primer
General-purpose primer. The base of every waterproofing system – seals porosity, promotes adhesion.
Gripset E60 Epoxy Primer
Water-based epoxy primer. For non-porous and difficult substrates – power-floated concrete, tile, terrazzo.
